| 概要 | Justice is an important matter for solution process of environmental problems as well as for the occurrence of pollution and health damage. Many victims are suffering from discrimination after the causation of the pollution become clear. The survives have been forced to long-term struggles, and, it is not easy for the damaged people to keep their action, particularly in Asia. This report shows the cases of Toroku and Bhopal, both of which have the international support for suffering people in polluted and poverty communities. |
